Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YuRavest ("the Service"), operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

YuRavest is a portfolio-tracking tool that connects to your investment broker accounts and presents your holdings, performance, and diversification analytics. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. See our Disclaimer for the full scope.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales to use YuRavest. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and API keys confidential.
• All activity that takes place under your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Register with someone else's email address.
• Use the Service to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data feeds.
• Use the Service in any way that violates UK law or the terms of any third-party service (e.g. Trading 212 API terms).

4. Third-party data

YuRavest depends on data supplied by third parties (your broker, EODHD, Finnhub, Yahoo Finance). We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Investment decisions made on the basis of YuRavest are made at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

The YuRavest software, branding, and content (excluding your personal portfolio data) are owned by us. You may not copy or redistribute the Service without our prior written permission. Your data remains yours; you may export it at any time via Settings.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuRavest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page; doing so permanently removes your data within a reasonable period.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
